Ordering Methods
This document outlines some of the different methods available for your customer to order.
Telephone and Fax Orders
These types of orders should include ALL information contained on the order form. In addition, we will need to know from the customer what the product's name (AbcPuzzles) is, or better yet, the product's id such as 1810-3 (for AbcPuzzles). An order such as this will appear to you as though it were an order placed online. You will receive an automated email, it will appear in your secure section, etc.

Paying by Check via Postal Mail
Please make sure that the customer makes their check out to "Register Now!". They will need to provide all of the information on the regular order form except credit card information. Please also make sure they include the product's name (AbcPuzzles), or better yet, the product's id such as 1810-3 (for AbcPuzzles). From your perspective, an order such as this will appear no different than an order made online. Please have them mail checks to:

For international checks, we would prefer the funds be drawn in US dollars. When this is not possible, we will accept checks for a corresponding amount in the country's currency.
Purchase OrdersA purchase order must be faxed or mailed to us with all necessary information including billing information. Most companies who choose to use the purchase order option have a standard form that they use for making these types of orders. Once we receive the purchase order, we run it through our system, again this will appear no different than an order made online. We will then bill the company the total.
